Okay folks, for those of you who don’t know, we as a club are affiliated with the British Universities Snow sports Council, and, as a result of this are welcome to come on BUSC’s annual trip to the alps.

The week consists of just about all british university ski clubs coming together for some, racing, free styling, socialising and boozing. This year we would like to see a huge Dundee turnout and so if you are a life lover or a dream liver, please come have a chat to us and see who is booking on!!

The BUSC Main Event 2012 in Saalbach-Hinterglemm!!!

BOOKING OPENS NOVEMBER 5th.

The long awaited Main Event is the creme de la creme of the BUSC Event Calendar. A crisp schedule packed tight with competitions and events running through the day from 8am until 4am the following morning….this is unlike anything you have ever seen before!

The nights of the Main Event are the social centre of the fortnight with plenty of gigs, concerts, nighttime slope comps, apres ski and parties to get your teeth well and truly stuck into!

Comps wise, the whole year has been waiting for this glorious demonstration of skill, stamina and technical class as all BUSCers step up to the plate and throw down thier best! This year also sees the return of the classic comps and even more exciting is the new Freeride comp, yup a FREERIDE COMP! Nuff said.

We can’t cover all the awesomeness of Saalbach-Hinterglemm in this space but we hope you get the idea of how truly stoked we are to be going to Austria this year! Phenominal skiing and snowboarding for all abilities, the most picturesque green runs through to gnarly tree skiing and everything in between.
Then we have the ever explosive apres ski and party scene…….trust us it is truly mind blowing!
